US Bank:    The 7th largest bank in the nation.  Their new construction building loans in my opinion are the best in the real estate lending industry.  Their Construction to Perm Build loan is the best:

 US Bank Construction to Perm-Build on Your Own Lot:

-Builder partners are identified

-2 page Builder Application is completed and approved by US Bank

-Each builder has prepared floor plans to support marketability

-All interested buyers are prequalified through US Bank Preferred Loan Officers(Karyn or Ray Jones@ 435-680-7719 or Ray.Jones@USBank.com)

-Home Buyer applies for Construction to Permanent financing-locking in rate at application.

   -Rate is secured for the entire construction process and rolls into permanent financing without any additional costs incurred. Time period about 30 days

   -Low rate adjustable and fixed rate options available along with $1,000 lender paid closing costs.

-Closing concessions allowed

-At closing (Day 30) builder or developer would be paid for the lot and construction funds managed locally and paid out to the builder on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.

-Process keeps each project well capitalized without tapping into builder's own funds in turn saving on carrying costs and potential profit margins.

-This financing strategy will enable the builder to start multiple properties at one time, which will increase productivity, profitability and enable the entire project to be completed in a much shorter timeline.
